The Vivienne is crowned Queen of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season 1! In the final episode, The Vivienne, Divina De Campo and Baga Chipz competed against each other as the top three queens. Divina De Campo and The Vivienne made it to the top two and lip synced for the crown.
The Vivienne won a few major challenges throughout the season. She nailed episode 6 of the show. The maxi challenge of the week was to create a video ad for own brand water and in RuPaul’s words ‘The Vivienne made it rain’. She made up for the episode before that where she ended in the bottom.
She is also the winner of the fourth episode of the show (Together with Baga Chipz). Her Snatch Game impersonation of Donald Trump was amazing. RuPaul actually said it was the best Trump impersonation she has ever seen.
By the way, The Vivienne also won the first episode of the season. The first maxi challenge was to create one home town queen look and one Queen Elizabeth look for the runway.
In 2016, The Vivienne became the UK ambassador for RuPaul’s Drag Race in the UK (she was actually crowned by Ru herself). In case you are wondering, this is what it means in The Vivienne’s own words: ‘It was like a role to have here in the UK to make some noise about Drag Race.’
She describes her style of drag to be a mix of the old and new schools of drag. She also can sing and presents super polished, stunning looks on the runway!
